Lago d’Onyx is a sculptural floor lamp with five white onyx modules stacked like the links of a chain and a wide brass shade.

Story

Lago is the Italian word for lake. The calm, layered texture of white onyx reminded us of the surface of a still lake. The body of the floor lamp is made of five onyx rings measuring 15 × 21 cm. A 5 mm gap is left between the rings, giving the body the lightness of a chain. A Ø18 cm cylindrical onyx base supports the rings. Above, a slim Ø52 cm brass shade closes the composition. In living rooms with a view, bedrooms, and dining areas, Lago stands like a sculpture.

Stone: White Onyx

White onyx has the highest light transmission of any onyx variety. Fine lines of honey and gray on a milk-white ground create a depth that makes you feel you are looking into the stone. When the lamp is lit, the stone glows almost like glass; when it is off, it remains a calm, unadorned mass of stone.

Light

The light comes from an LED source in an E27 socket. The onyx rings are lit from within, and the honey- and cream-toned layers of the white onyx come forward. The wide brass shade draws a calm metal line above the glowing rings.

Care and use

A soft, dry microfiber cloth is all it needs. Do not use liquid cleaners, solvents, or abrasives. Place the floor lamp on a flat, stable surface. To protect the stone’s natural texture, keep the lamp out of direct sunlight. We recommend a warm white (2700 K) LED bulb. Cool white light distorts the stone’s color gradations.

CAREHow do I clean natural onyx?

Simply wipe it with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, solvents, or abrasives. If a mark appears, wipe it with a slightly damp cloth, then buff with a dry one.

To protect the natural texture of the onyx, keep the lamp out of direct sunlight.

CAREWhich bulb do you recommend?

Your order ships from the studio within 5–12 days, and shipping is free across Türkiye. You are kept informed at every stage.

RETURNSWhat are the return conditions?

We accept returns only when a product reaches you broken, cracked, or damaged in transit. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Report the damage to studio@nyxora.lighting within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the damage; we will manage the return process. Natural variations in the veining, color, and tone of onyx are not considered defects.
