In-stock pieces are delivered within 5–12 days, with free shipping across Türkiye. Each lamp is shipped in protective packaging made specifically for stone.
We accept returns only when a product arrives broken, cracked, or damaged in transit. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
In the event of a damaged delivery, send your order number and photographs of the damage to studio@nyxora.lighting within 48 hours of delivery; we will handle the process.
Our atelier in Izmir is open to visitors by appointment. Suggest a day and time through the form, and see the stone under light in person.
