Flare d’Onyx reinterprets the classic table lamp with a flat, pebble-shaped base carved from rare rust-veined blue onyx, a slender brass body, and a pleated copper-toned shade.

Story

Flare is the name for that brief moment when a spark blazes and dies. This lamp’s story begins in a streambed, with a single pebble shaped by water over many years, its edges worn smooth. We left it as it was; we only thinned its interior so that light could pass through, and connected it upward with a brass rod. The pleated shade above folds the light like an accordion, bringing the color of fire to the table, whether at dinner, at the bedside, or in a reading corner.

Stone: Blue Onyx

Blue onyx is one of the rarest members of the onyx family. Across its gray-blue ground, rust-colored veins left by iron oxides carry the story of the stone’s formation, millions of years in the making, to the surface like a map. Under light, cool blue and warm copper tones meet on the same surface; every block exists only once.

Light

The pleated shade spreads the light downward and outward in a warm copper tone, while the blue onyx base, lit from within, leaves a halo of stone on the table where cool meets warm. Unlit, the lamp resembles a gray-blue pebble; lit, a jewel whose veins glow like copper.

Care

A soft, dry microfiber cloth is all it needs. Do not use liquid cleaners, solvents, or abrasives. To protect the natural texture of the stone, keep the lamp out of direct sunlight. We recommend a warm white (2700 K) LED bulb; cool white light distorts the stone’s color gradations.

CAREHow do I clean natural onyx?

Simply wipe it with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, solvents, or abrasives. If a mark appears, wipe it with a slightly damp cloth, then buff with a dry one.

To protect the natural texture of the onyx, keep the lamp out of direct sunlight.

CAREWhich bulb do you recommend?

We recommend a warm white 2700 K LED bulb. Socket type and maximum wattage vary by model; you will find this information in the Specifications section of the product page and in the technical drawing. Cool white light distorts the natural color gradations of the stone.

Your order ships from the studio within 5–12 days, and shipping is free across Türkiye. You are kept informed at every stage.

RETURNSWhat are the return conditions?

We accept returns only when a product reaches you broken, cracked, or damaged in transit. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Report the damage to studio@nyxora.lighting within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the damage; we will manage the return process. Natural variations in the veining, color, and tone of onyx are not considered defects.
